Moving along toward a Finish

I got a tiny bit of sewing done this morning before having to go into the office. I seem to be sewing in 30 minute increments these days!

Here is the progress on my Schoenrock Cross block.


I have an 18" pillow form waiting in the wings for a new cover, so I needed to expand the 14" block. Here's where it was with just the 14" block.


And here's it's pillow companion, that I finished a year ago (Ahem...)


I think they will go together very nicely. What do you think?

    They will look perfect together, and you have definitely improved the design by adding the red border.

    Thanks! I'm glad you think so. Off to do a bit of quilting on this and see if I can get the back made today since we are having another snow day.
